General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the m999k online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "m999k") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). This agreement applies to the use of any service on the platform.

• A 15x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the bonus funds.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.

5.2 General Terms for Promotional Bonuses

The following general terms apply to any bonus or promotion:

• Bonus offers are entirely at m999k's discretion and may be changed or cancelled at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from a single account.

Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false or fraudulent identity documents.
• Using third-party payment methods or bank accounts.
• Using accounts of multiple members of the same family to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using software, bots or any other automated method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking, phishing or any other cyber attack on the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Exploiting game bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by m999k

m999k reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• In case of a breach of terms.
• On suspicion of fraud.
• In case of failure to complete identity verification.
• If requested documents are not submitted within the required time.
• In case of prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at will. The balance available at the time of the request will be returned through the regular withdrawal process, however any bonus that has not met its conditions will be cancelled.
